我的电脑刚刚蓝屏,屏幕上出现了这些字,我重启以后还出现了这个情况,高手帮我看看怎么了:

清理机器内部,最好用气泵吹,最次用毛刷清理,别让灰尘进到插槽内,用橡皮清理内存和显卡的金手指,擦亮了就好,重新开机,还不行的话应该是内存或硬盘有问题了
按F8能进安全模式吗？
在安全模式下，恢复一下系统
最后一次正确配置能进系统吧？
